Our Commitment to You
We stand behind every purchase and are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If any aspect of your order does not meet your expectations, please contact us right away so we can address your concerns.
Return Window
Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. After this period, we are unable to process refund or exchange requests.
Return Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
- Products showing signs of use or damage do not qualify for our return program.
Processing Your Return
Upon receipt of your return, our quality assurance team will inspect the merchandise. You will receive email confirmation when we receive your package, followed by notification of your return status.
Accepted returns may be processed as either:
- Product Exchange (like-for-like), or
- Account Credit matching your original purchase amount.

Account credits are added to your customer profile and are non-transferable.
Order Modifications
Orders enter our fulfillment process immediately upon placement. Modification or cancellation requests are reviewed case-by-case by our customer service team.
A $15 processing fee applies to all cancellation requests.
Refund Processing
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us via your customer portal or email support@rakushion.com to obtain return authorization and shipping instructions.
After inspection, we will send confirmation of receipt along with approval or denial of your refund request. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within the standard processing timeframe of your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a tracked service and purchasing insurance; we cannot be liable for packages that do not reach us.
- International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges.
Return processing typically requires 1–2 business days after receipt; during peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Return shipping costs are covered by us only if products arrive damaged or defective within 30 days of delivery (with prior authorization).

A $5–$10 restocking fee per item will be applied to processed returns.
We reserve the right to decline refunds for items returned in damaged condition, including visible wear, scratches, breaks, or other deterioration.
Return Restrictions
The following circumstances do not qualify for returns or exchanges:
- Purchase regret or change of preference (including made-to-order items)
- Returns attempted without prior customer service approval (no RMA)
- Items showing evidence of use or damage
- Products that have been modified or altered
- Items not in original sellable condition (unless damage occurred during shipping)
- Products missing original packaging materials
- Clearance or promotional items
Change of Mind Policy
We understand preferences can change. We accommodate change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery provided items remain unused and unopened.
Refunds are issued after we verify the products meet resale standards. A $5–$10 handling and processing charge per item applies (based on package size). Items returned in non-original condition will incur an additional 20% deduction from the refund amount.
Delivery Issues & Unclaimed Packages
- Packages refused at delivery or returned due to customer unavailability will incur non-refundable carrier fees plus a processing charge of $10–$35 depending on package size.
- Incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages may result in additional carrier fees and re-shipment charges if requested.
Delayed Refund Resolution
If your refund appears delayed, please first check with your bank or card issuer, as processing times vary. If issues persist, contact us via your customer portal or email support@rakushion.com.
Product Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged merchandise. For same-item replacements, please submit a request via the customer portal or email support@rakushion.com.
Gift Purchase Handling
- Items purchased as gifts and shipped directly to recipients will generate gift credits upon return; gift certificates will be emailed once processed.
- For gifts shipped to purchasers first, refunds will be directed to the original buyer, who will be notified of the return.
Premium Protection Plan
Our optional Lifetime Protection plan may be purchased at checkout. This coverage entitles you to product replacement for manufacturing defects only. Please contact us with a description and photos/videos of the issue.
- Coverage applies to factory defects; it does not cover user damage or misuse.
- Replacements are provided after we receive and verify defective items through our inspection process.
Return Shipping Coverage
We cover return shipping costs only when products arrive damaged or defective (with prior authorization). Please contact support before shipping any item back.
For non-damaged returns (e.g., preference changes), customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated customs fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any customs charges will be deducted from refund amounts.
Delivery timeframes for replacement products vary by location. For returns valued over $75, we strongly recommend tracked shipping and insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.
