Global Shipping

Our fulfillment network partners with leading logistics providers, including USPS, FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS. These carriers coordinate with local postal services to ensure direct doorstep delivery, enabling comprehensive global coverage.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery windows range from 7–21 business days.
  • Due to global conditions, deliveries may extend to 3–4 weeks.
  • Orders are dispatched with tracking information within 4–5 business days of order confirmation; final delivery timing depends on carrier schedules and local postal regulations.

Order Processing & Payment

Billing occurs at the time of order placement. All transactions require verification and authorization prior to shipment. This validation process may take several business days. Orders with billing discrepancies or flagged for additional security review may experience processing delays or cancellation as part of our fraud prevention measures.

Fulfillment

  • Order processing begins immediately upon receipt and includes routing your items to our distribution center for international shipping preparation.
  • Charges apply only to items that are shipped, plus applicable taxes and shipping fees where relevant.
  • Upon dispatch, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.
  • Shipments occur on business days only; no Saturday or holiday dispatches.
  • Standard fulfillment requires 1–2 business days on average. During peak seasons or for popular items with inventory constraints, processing may take up to 10 business days.
  • Orders containing multiple products may ship from different locations and arrive in separate deliveries on different dates.

Transit & Delivery

Following shipment, delivery typically occurs within 7–21 business days, depending on destination and carrier network performance.

Important: Timeframes are estimates based on business days. While we strive to meet projected dates, we cannot accept responsibility for circumstances outside our control, including postal processing delays, customs procedures, national holidays, weather events, labor actions, civil unrest, or other external factors that may impact delivery.

International Fees & Customs

  • Cross-border shipments may incur import duties, taxes, and customs processing charges upon arrival. The recipient is responsible for these costs.
  • These charges vary by country and product type; we cannot control or predict them. Please consult your local customs authority for guidance.
  • Customers who refuse shipments due to customs fees remain liable for any import taxes and return shipping expenses.

Package Security & Damage

  • We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
  • If tracking confirms delivery to your specified address but you did not receive the package, please file a report/claim directly with the carrier.
  • Our review of damage claims and return requests relies on carrier tracking timestamps and delivery confirmations. Claims not reported within carrier timeframes may not be eligible for resolution.
